If you are or know someone eighteen years of age or older who is developmentally disabled and may benefit from our services, please contact AADD at 215-886-9990, send an email to info@aaddpa.org with your mailing address, or complete the form below.
An application and medical forms will be sent to you to complete. Once returned, you will be contacted to schedule an interview with the Executive Director. The Executive Director must interview all candidates (with a caregiver) before membership is offered. We currently serve individuals in the Philadelphia metro area only.
When the members are together as a group, we can be ourselves and celebrate our differences.
